This will involve a complex mix of transactions involving the GSEs, FHFA and Treasury whereby, among other things, (i) Treasury will monetize it

Agreed,  felt a little weird and now getting thrown in with microstrategy and other leveraged bitcoin balance sheets.  Kulr makes real things and should be known for that tech not bitcoin

The annual JPM Conference is where a lot of biotech deal-related discussion occurs on the sidelines.
