Dynamic Fuel Systems Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DYA) ("Dynamic" or the "Corporation") is
pleased to announce, Wytheville, VA, May 12, 2009 - The Pepsi Bottling Group,
Inc. ("PBG") announced a new investment that will improve the fuel efficiency
and reduce emissions of the company's truck fleet in the New River Valley
region, adding 21 hydrogen-injected trucks to its local fleet, purchased from
Hydrogen Leasing Company, a subsidiary of Dynamic's non-exclusive U.S. dealers,
Hydrogen Fuel Systems Inc. ("HFS").

Each of these hydrogen-injected trucks are equipped with Dynamic's flagship
product the "Jetstar(TM)," an onboard portable hydrogen generator, injecting
small amounts of hydrogen into the air intake as a combustion stimulant. This
process dramatically reduces nitrogen oxides and hydrocarbon emissions resulting
in more power and improved fuel economy (1). These sales represent the
culmination of an continued exhaustive testing and review process conducted over
the course of several months by PBG, in consultation with HFS, consisting of
extensive trials of Hydrogen Leasing Company's hydrogen-injected trucks for the
purposes of validating fuel savings and emission reduction expectations. These
trials and testing procedures have culminated with the purchase of 21 additional
hydrogen-generated trucks by PBG (each of which is equipped with a Jetstar(TM)
unit).

The hydrogen injected trucks purchased by PBG from Hydrogen Leasing Company for
New River Valley is part of a further broadening initiative to increase the size
of PBG's fleet of alternative fuel and technologies throughout the United States
and Canada. PBG is also currently investing in new vehicles that will serve Los
Angeles, CA; Washington, D.C.; Orlando, Florida and Detroit, MI.

"The hydrogen-injected engines that PBG will now be using in Wytheville are
among the most environmentally sustainable over-the-road trucks in the world,
boasting a second life drive train that uses 100 percent synthetic oils," said
Alan Bishop, president of Hydrogen Leasing Company. "These new hydrogen-injected
tractors employ many hybrid technologies, including electric powered functions
to replace standard engine powered components that waste fuel."

Mr. Keith Klingenberg, CEO of Hydrogen Leasing Company states "This was the best
Pepsi Bottling Company debut of the Hydrogen Leasing assembled class 8 tractors
yet. Along with VA State Representative, Anne B. Crockett-Stark, Gary Petty,
President of the Private Truck Council and Carl Bumgarner, President of the VA
Trucking Association, we also had the local newspapers and Channel 7 TV News
present."

The purchase of hydrogen-injected trucks by PBG represents one of many
initiatives that PBG is undertaking in connection with its commitment to embrace
environmentally friendly technologies and business practices. PBG is
particularly focused on using natural resources responsibly and producing less
waste. In speaking about the Wytheville hydrogen injected truck deliveries:
"Promoting environmentally sustainable business practices and improving the
communities in which we do business are two of PBG's top priorities," said Bill
Reeser, Vice President and General Manager of PBG's Virginia Market Unit. "The
expansion of our fleet of alternative fuel vehicles in the new river valley
region signals our commitment to playing an active role in helping Virginia
achieve its long-term energy and climate objectives. These investments will also
generate future cost savings for PBG, making it a winning proposition for
everyone involved."

Jerry Solensky, Jr., President and CEO of Dynamic, comments, "We would like to
express our continued congratulations to Alan Bishop and HFS on their continued
sales of the Jetstar(TM) to PBG, through their subsidiary Hydrogen Leasing. This
continues to provide further validation of our product and the market
opportunity that we are presented with. We would also like to congratulate PBG
on the continued investments of the Jetstar(TM) with their "Hydrogen Injected
Trucks". PBG has a huge fleet of trucks and we are very excited about the
prospects of further developing this relationship and enhancing PBG's
environmental Initiatives. We are thrilled that a company of PBG's size,
reputation and Environmental focus has chosen our product for the purposes of
enhancing their Operations and further ameliorating their environmental
sustainability Initiatives. We view these sales as the next step in what we hope
and expect will be a long and fruitful business relationship for Dynamic, HFS,
PBG and Hydrogen Leasing Company."
