Transportation Group Inc. (TSXV: BUS; OTC PINK: GWTNF) –
("Grande West" or the "Company"), a Canadian bus manufacturer of
heavy-duty mid-sized transit buses for sale in Canada and the United-States, is pleased to announce the
results of the Annual General and Special Meeting as held on
Thursday, November 17, 2016.

The number of Directors was established at 5.
The shareholders of the Company also overwhelmingly passed the
following resolutions at the meeting:
a)

Appointment of
Manning Elliott LLP, Chartered Accountants, as auditors of the
Corporation for the ensuing year;
and
|
b)
|
Corporation amended
and restated 10% rolling stock options plan.

conference line as part of the question and answer period held
after the voting was concluded.
The Company announces that it has granted stock options to
employees, for the purchase of up to 250,000 common shares,
exercisable for a period of five years at a price of 1.44 per
share.
