Rogers announces Smart Home Monitoring coming soon to Newfoundland
and New Brunswick

Canadians in Newfoundland and
New Brunswick can rest easier
knowing their home can soon be truly connected with Rogers Smart
Home Monitoring. A robust home security and home automation control
system, Rogers Smart Home Monitoring allows customers to easily
control and automate their home security, lights, cameras,
thermostats, and appliances remotely through their smartphone,
computer or tablet, and will soon be available to Rogers cable
customers (subject to licensing approval) in Newfoundland and New
Brunswick.

water leaks, carbon monoxide levels, door/window openings, cameras,
lighting, thermostat temperatures, and allows customers to

Station provided by certified security experts with over twenty
years of experience in security, monitoring and emergency

- Where available, IP-based dual network connections ensure
constant connection of the home to the Rogers Central Monitoring

- Remote access via smartphone, computer or tablets to securely
view & control the whole system including Arm/Disarming the

Rogers plans to introduce its Smart Home Monitoring service to
Rogers customers in Newfoundland
and New Brunswick in the coming
