Pretium Resources Inc. (TSX/NYSE: PVG) (“Pretivm” or the “Company”)
announces that it has filed a preliminary short form base shelf
prospectus with the securities commissions in each of the provinces
and territories of Canada.
The base shelf prospectus, together with a
corresponding shelf registration statement on Form F-10 to be filed
with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, when made final
or effective, will allow Pretivm to offer up to US$600,000,000 of
common shares, debt securities, warrants, units, subscription
receipts and share purchase contracts from time to time over the
25-month period after Canadian securities regulatory authorities
have issued a receipt for the final short form base shelf
prospectus.
