InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX:IIP.UN)(TSX:IIP.DB) ("InterRent")
announced today that its distribution declared for the month of September 2011
is $0.01 per Trust unit, equal to $0.12 per Trust unit on an annualized basis.
Payment will be made on or about October 17, 2011 to unitholders of record on
September 30, 2011.
