Railway Limited (TSX: CP) (NYSE: CP) and the Teamsters Canada
Rail Conference Rail Canada Traffic Controllers (TCRC-RCTC) are
pleased to announce a tentative three-year agreement.

The TCRC-RCTC represents approximately 300 rail traffic
controllers in Canada.
