Global engineering and IT services giant adds award-winning North American software testing and quality engineering solutions provider to network

Transaction Details

ALTEN has agreed to acquire substantially all of the assets of QA Consultants for an undisclosed sum, representing a significant addition to ALTEN’s Services portfolio. Moving forward, QA Consultants will continue to operate business as usual and as an independent subsidiary of ALTEN. QA Consultants’ senior leadership team will remain with the organization.
