TORONTO, Oct. 2, 2018 /CNW/ - Accord Financial Corp. ("Accord") (TSX: ACD) advises that it has appointed Simon Hitzig a director of the Company effective October 1, 2018. Mr. Hitzig will hold the position until the next annual general meeting of shareholders, at which time he will stand for re-election. As previously announced, Mr. Hitzig became President and Chief Executive Officer of Accord effective October 1, 2018.
