          Research team strengthened with three new appointments to
                         Teather & Greenwood Limited
                    ("Teather & Greenwood" or "the Company")

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of three new analysts to the
research team.

Gareth Davies is joining to research the support services sector.  Gareth was
previously at Deutsche Bank, where he worked in the number one ranked media team
and, latterly, in the support services team.

Kate Moy joins to work alongside David Taylor in covering the construction and
building materials sector.  She was previously part of the number one rated
small cap construction team at ING Charterhouse and her focus at Teather &
Greenwood will primarily be on UK housebuilders.

Ian Macdougall joins to work alongside David Stoddart in strengthening Teather &
Greenwood's coverage of the UK food and general retail sectors.  Ian joins from
Williams de Broe and his career in the City has included time at Nomura,
W.Greenwell & Co, Kemp-Gee & Co and NM Rothschild Asset Management.
