Further to the announcement made on 14 March 2003 concerning the acquisition of
Analysis and Networking Limited, Sterling Publishing Group Plc announces that it
has applied for 694,443 new ordinary 5p shares to be admitted to trading on the
Official List in satisfaction of #50,000 of the initial consideration.  It is
expected that admission will take place and dealings will commence on 17 June
2003.
