AGM statement



At the Annual General Meeting of Media Square Plc held today, all the
resolutions were passed. The Chairman, Mr Kevin Steeds, made the following
statement:


"At the time of the announcement of our preliminary results in March, we stated
that despite difficult market conditions, the group had traded both profitably
and ahead of budget for the first four months of the current financial year. It
is pleasing to report that this steady progress has continued through to the
half year ended on 30 April.


Consistent with our strategy of building a larger and more robust business, we
are actively appraising a number of specific opportunities and expect to be in a
position to conclude some of these during the next few months. These would
improve both the depth and quality of our offer and are aimed at delivering
enhanced shareholder value.


We plan to announce our interim results in June when a further update will be
available."
