BKN International A.G. completes first AIM fast track of a German Company

BKN International A.G. ("BKN" or "the Company"), a global animation company
engaged in the distribution and marketing of animated children's television
programmes and related consumer products, today announces the listing of its
existing shares on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock
Exchange plc.

BKN is the first German company, listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, to
obtain admission to AIM under the London Stock Exchange's new "fast track"
procedure.

This week BKN is also completing a share capital increase through a rights
offering and placing of up to 4.2 million shares. Several large existing
shareholders, including the Chairman of the management board, have already
agreed to subscribe for up to 2.1 million shares of the rights issue, or 50 per
cent of the entire offering to the extent not taken up by existing shareholders
or new investors. The Company will also be applying for these new shares to be
admitted to trading on AIM.

This placing will allow the Company to expand and consolidate its business in
the UK and Europe, and market its forthcoming feature production, "Legend of the
Dragon"

Allen Bohbot, Chairman and Chief Executive of BKN International A.G., said:
"Our fast track arrival onto AIM is a significant milestone for BKN and we
believe that a presence in the UK will provide us with an opportunity to create,
as well as produce locally, original high quality new content that we can market
globally."

Richard Ungar has agreed to be Executive Producer to BKN, responsible for the
new "Legend of the Dragon" series. Richard has worked for many years in the
children's animation and production business, and was recently President of The
Marvel Character Group where he was involved in the executive production of
Marvel's highly successful animation schedule, including the "X-Men: Evolution"
and "Spider-Man", the animated series.

Teather & Greenwood is acting as Nominated Adviser and Brown Shipley is Broker
to the Company. Maclay Murray & Spens is acting as solicitor to the Company.
