It’s less about delisting and more about reversing dilution. When this filing was made the stock price was trading at $1.35 or so. Then came the ambulance chasing lawsuits. I do think there is hope for this to get above $1.00 without R/S. But that won’t solve dilution. The market cap needs adjusting
