On February 14, 2023, Zoetis Inc. (the Company) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year 2022 and providing its guidance for full year 2023. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
