Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

Walmart Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), is furnishing to the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") a press release that the Company will issue on July 25, 2022, which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 (the "Press Release"). The Press Release will update the Company’s guidance for the three months ending July 31, 2022, as well as the Company’s guidance for the full fiscal year ending January 31, 2023.
