Toyota and Actor Lance Gross to Host Healthy Tailgate at SWAC Football Championship on Saturday, December 7

Toyota invites SWAC
Championship fans and local media to an exclusive tasting of
eco-friendly delights during the Toyota Green Initiative Healthy
Tailgate hosted by actor and Toyota Green Coalition Member Lance
Gross. The Toyota Green Initiative (TGI) is an environmental
stewardship platform that tours select Historically Black Colleges
and Universities, empowering students, alumni and the African
American community to adopt a more sustainable lifestyle. TGI will
give SWAC fans simple tips that can benefit both their health and
our environment.

During the Healthy
Tailgate, the TGI Coalition will conduct a live cooking
demonstration featuring grilled salmon with lemon, broccoli and
carrot salad, and grilled chicken thighs with roasted pepper sauce.
Samples of these recipes and other healthy dishes will be available
to attendees throughout the tailgate.
