EPA Awards $148M ITS-BISS Contract to SRA Company to Provide
Information Technology Advisory and Assistance Services to Support
EPA's Information Management Needs FAIRFAX, Va., April 20
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SRA International, Inc. (NYSE:SRX), a
leading provider of information technology (IT) services and
solutions to federal government organizations, announced that it
has been awarded an Information Technology Solutions-Business
Information Strategic Support (ITS-BISS) contract by the U.S.
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). The Company will provide a
full range of IT advisory and assistance services to support EPA's
information management policy, planning, and program management
needs. SRA was awarded the single large business indefinite
delivery, indefinite quantity contract; EPA also awarded one small
business contract. The maximum dollar value for all task orders
awarded to SRA under the five-year contract is $148 million.
Services provided will include enterprise architecture; information
security; information management policy, planning, acquisition, and
infrastructure management support; customer relationship
management; assessment of emerging technologies; business process
management; and independent verification and validation. The SRA
team includes more than 20 small and disadvantaged businesses with
specialized expertise supporting EPA programs and regional offices.
