Designation of Record Date for Annual Cash Dividends

On February 11, 2025, the board of directors of SK Telecom Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) resolved to designate February 28, 2025 as the record date for the Company’s annual cash dividends for fiscal year 2024 pursuant to Article 54 of the Company’s Articles of Incorporation.
