Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 8, 2023, Renren Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the plan to change its legal name from “Renren Inc.” to “Moatable, Inc.” and to change the Company’s trading symbol from “RENN” to “MTBL”, which is anticipated to become effective on June 22, 2023. A copy of such press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
