Veteran real estate leader to drive business development and

Bailey joined the company as chief real estate officer. In
this role, Bailey will focus on business development,

innovation and strategic growth, leveraging his expertise in

Bailey is the first executive to have served as both president
and CEO at two major, public real estate franchisors. For the past
five consecutive years Bailey was ranked by the Swanepoel Power 200
(sp200.com) as one of the top 100 most powerful and influential
leaders in the U.S. real estate industry, this year at 10th place.
He is also a two-time recipient of the Inman Innovator of the Year
award, in 2018 and again in 2021.
