To file a claim or not to file a claim? I don't have many shares at all - 138. The deadline is February 6, so I need to decide. What are your thoughts?

Loaded several thousand shares not too long ago for a long shot at another Q winner. PSGLQ could be another GGWPQ AAMRQ, yah just never know. I never watch court proceedings and really care about the news all that much. But, when it tanks like it did I just sometimes need to load.

Got to risk to have the huge reward...I know better than most.
I loaded under .4 aamrq and well under a buck ggwpq, this one I am up from .65 a tad...but I go long and for broke unless it is certain no value is to be had.

I ended up buy a couple hundred shares. This has been going up steadily. I think it is still pretty low and will probably buy more gear and there. Hopefully the company will get bought in Feb or March. Thanks for your insight

There is no cause for FINRA to halt or for the SEC to suspend PSGLQ. When a company on a National Exchange declares bankruptcy the Exchange can halt the stock until the delisting from the Exchange has occurred. Since PSG has already been moved to the OTC as PSGLQ there are no further reasons to interrupt trading. A new material event would need to occur.

It is imperative for all shareholders to watch for a Reorganization PLAN that will address the anticipated outcomes for all series of stock. If the PLAN stipulates the shares will be cancelled all shareholders and potential shareholders should believe the PLAN will become factually effective when the BK Judge affirms the PLAN.

Took most off the table $1.90, still holding 3k from $1.30. It just depends on where it closes. $1.85+ would be nice but the bounce might be over for now.
