On June 3, 2021, National Health Investors, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release, attached hereto this report as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference, announcing the details of its recent rent deferral agreement with Holiday Retirement for the months of May, June and July 2021, an update on May and second quarter of 2021 contractual cash collections, and the declaration by the Company’s Board of Directors of the common stock dividend.
