States District Court for the Southern District of
New York has denied class
certification to a putative class of Televisa stockholders in the
case captioned In re Grupo Televisa Securities Litigation,
1:18-cv-01979-LLS (S.D.N.Y.), by reason of an inadequate lead
plaintiff.
