Lizzy, I agree that the WEF speech is unlikely to be the driver. In that case however, it is surprising to see such a big move without news. I hope a substantive reason soon becomes apparent and justifies a continued push. I hope a BP has finally decided to buy some shares cheap in advance of a plan

Well that was a mixed day . Barely two and half cent gain even with 10M volume . Good thing was that at least it closed over .30 . 
But nothing to write home about yet .
