Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

Global Partners LP (the “Company”) is clarifying a response to a question on its third-quarter 2020 financial results conference call held on November 5, 2020 with respect to trending gasoline sales in the Company’s GDSO segment for the month of October 2020. The response provided on the November 5 call is clarified as follows: “In its GDSO segment, gasoline volume for the month of October 2020 is down in the mid-teen percentage range (clarifying the use of the phrase “mid-double digit percentages” stated on the call) as compared to October 2019.”
