On August 9, 2016, Five Oaks Investment Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2016 (the “Release”). A copy of the Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
