Coca-Cola FEMSA announces the date for its annual

shareholders’ meeting

Mexico City, Mexico – February 24, 2022 – Coca-Cola FEMSA, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: KOFUBL; NYSE: KOF) (“Coca-Cola FEMSA”), the largest public bottler of Coca-Cola products in the world by sales volume, announces that it will hold its annual shareholders’ meeting on March 28, 2022. Coca-Cola FEMSA also announces that the record date for the holders of its ADSs is March 1, 2022.

In line with best practices, Coca-Cola FEMSA’s Series L shareholders will have the ability to vote on directors individually, rather than as a slate.
