Carlisle Companies Announces a Dividend Increase, its 48th Consecutive Annual Increase

Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE:CSL) today announced that
its Board of Directors approved an 18% increase in the Company’s
regular quarterly dividend from $0.85 to $1.00 per share, or to
$4.00 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend is payable on
September 3, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of
business on August 20, 2024.
Chris Koch, Chair, President and Chief Executive Officer, said,
