CLOSURE OF REGISTER OF MEMBERS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the register of members of APT Satellite Holdings Limited (the “Company”) will be closed from 19 May 2008, Monday to 22 May 2008, Thursday, both days inclusive, during which period no transfers of shares can be registered. In order to determine the identity of the members who are entitled to attend and vote at the forthcoming annual general meeting, the duly completed transfer forms and the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company’s branch share registrars in Hong Kong, Tricor Tengis Limited at 26 ^th Floor, Tesbury Centre, 28 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong not later than 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 16 May 2008.
