Hospitality Trust, Inc. (NYSE: AHT) ("Ashford Trust" or the
"Company") reported today preliminary portfolio occupancy of 59.7%
for the month of September with an average daily rate ("ADR") of
approximately $158 resulting in
RevPAR of approximately $94. This
RevPAR reflects an approximate increase of 145.0% versus
September 2020 and a decline of
approximately 28.2% versus September 2019. The Company
expects to report occupancy of 62.8% for the third quarter of 2021
with an ADR of approximately $156
resulting in RevPAR of approximately $98. This RevPAR reflects an approximate increase
of 165.7% compared to the third quarter of 2020 and a decline of
approximately 25.6% compared to the third quarter of 2019.
