NEW YORK, Jan. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- AllianceBernstein
L.P. and AllianceBernstein Holding L.P. (NYSE: AB) today announced
that preliminary assets under management decreased to $406 billion from $411

The 1% decline was due to net outflows across the firm's three
distribution channels, with the largest share from Institutions,
partially offset by market appreciation.
