Verizon Receives Chamber's 2009 'Warrior Award' LOS ANGELES, Dec. 3

support of the American Indian business community has earned the
company the 2009 Warrior Award from the American Indian Chamber of
Commerce of California. Verizon was honored for partnering with the
Chamber in advancing entrepreneurial education for American Indians
through the Management Development for Entrepreneurs program at
UCLA's Anderson School of Management, and for supporting the Youth
EXPO, where the Chamber invites American Indian urban and
