Let's use "available generic" wording then to be more precise. Approved generics aren't competition unless product is actually sold. 

History will tell you the brand market shrinks about 80% in year 1 after the 3rd generic enters the space. That's the norm. We have way more competitor

Also, the longer they remain SEC noncompliant, the lower their average yearly trading volume will become. They need over a million in average trading volume for the past 12 months to enter NASDAQ.

I think TVO gave end of February as a grace period for some time. Unlike many, he’s willing to say if it goes beyond that, his concern level would increase. Right now, he’s still expecting January (with February as the final grace period). IMO.
