Wintrust Announces Minimum Wage Increase

Wintrust Financial Corporation (Wintrust) (Nasdaq: WTFC) today
announced that the company will increase the minimum wage paid to
eligible non-commission hourly employees to $18 per hour effective
August 1, 2022.
