Robbins Umeda LLP has commenced an investigation into possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of state law by members of the Board of Directors ("Board") of T-3 Energy Services, Inc. ("T-3" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: TTES) in connection with their efforts to sell T-3 to Robbins & Myers, Inc. ("Robbins & Myers") (NYSE: RBN).
