On October 26, 2007, RTW fixed the close of business on November 6, 2007 as the record date for determining the shareholders entitled to receive notice of, and to vote at, the Special Meeting of Shareholders to be held to approve the proposed merger of RTW with a subsidiary of Rockhill Holding Company and established a tentative meeting date of December 10, 2007.
