(1)	The option was subsequently revoked by mutual agreement of the reporting person and Pareteum Corp.
(2)	The option vests in three equal annual installments beginning on January 31, 2021.
(3)	The option vests according to the following schedule: 1/3 to vest on July 1, 2021, and the remaining 2/3 to vest in equal monthly installments beginning on July 1, 2021 until July 1, 2023.
