I may have worded my post poorly. What seemed interesting was not ALPS selling shares but the appearance of ALPS NSAV's Level 2. I don't recall seeing ALPS on NSAV nor any of the tickers I regularly monitor but I certainly could have missed it. Sorry for any confusion.
