On November 8, 2018 , Oclaro, Inc. (“Oclaro” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating and financial results for the quarter ended September 29, 2018 . The press release contains forward-looking statements regarding the Company and includes cautionary statements identifying factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from those anticipated.
