Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  Upon completion of the merger between the Issuer and Zink Acquisition Merger Sub Inc., these shares of common stock converted into the right to receive $12.75 per share in cash, without interest and less applicable withholding taxes.
( 2)  Privet Fund Management LLC was the beneficial owner of 951,996 shares of common stock, which included shares of common stock beneficially owned by Privet Fund LP (of which Privet Fund Management LLC is the managing partner). Mr. Levenson is the managing member of Privet Fund Management LLC.
