The 2020 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders of Ligand Pharmaceuticals Incorporated (the “Company”) was held on June 10, 2020 (the “Annual Meeting”). Set forth below are the final voting results for the actions taken by the stockholders at the Annual Meeting.

Proposal 1. The election of nine members of the Company’s board of directors for terms expiring at the 2021 annual meeting of stockholders. In accordance with the results below, each nominee was elected to serve as a director.
