On June 18, 2024, Krispy Kreme, Inc. (the “Company”) held the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) virtually at www.proxydocs.com/DNUT. At the Annual Meeting, stockholders had an opportunity to vote on the following proposals, for which voting results are included:
