(NASDAQ:INTZ) ("Intrusion") announced today that it entered into a National Reseller Agreement with Compushare allowing for the sale and support of its Compliance Commander Identity Theft Prevention solutions for banks and credit unions. The Compliance Commander product family includes the highly acclaimed Sentry system used to prevent the loss of customers' unencrypted personal information over the internet and also the Defender system, designed to prevent inappropriate access and/or usage of personal information stored on database and file server systems. To introduce Compliance Commander, Intrusion and Compushare have teamed together offering qualified banks and credit unions an informative ID Theft assessment report. Compliance Commander Sentry is installed on the financial institution's network for two weeks during which all traffic is monitored. At the end of the two week period, all Sentry alerts are recorded along with the alert details, and are summarized in a detailed assessment report delivered by Compushare engineers to the financial institution's top management.
