Integral Systems, Inc., (Nasdaq:ISYS) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Newpoint Technologies, has signed a three-year reseller agreement with Comtech EF Data Corporation. The reseller agreement gives Comtech EF Data the ability to bundle a pre-integrated version of Newpoint Technologies' industry-leading COMPASS Network Management System (NMS) that can be easily installed by Comtech EF Data customers, allowing them to locally or remotely manage their Advanced VSAT Series equipment. COMPASS enhances users' ability to increase operational efficiency, reduce network downtime and ensure a consistent level of service to their customers.

Network managers can also view services at risk because of minor alarms on the equipment or when a backup unit is unavailable.
