Integral Systems, Inc., (Nasdaq:ISYS) announced today that its Civil and Commercial Group received more than $12 million in new contract awards and additional funding from existing contracts in the Company's fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2010. Under the terms of the contracts, Integral Systems' Civil and Commercial Group will provide innovative solutions based on the Company's industry-leading commercial products and related services, including but not limited to, its proven Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) EPOCH Integrated Product Suite (IPS) command and control system.

The contract awards demonstrate the satellite industry's continued reliance on Integral Systems to address the complex needs of the global aerospace market. Examples of the contract wins include:

• Multiple EPOCH IPS satellite control system contracts to support satellites of varying design, proving again that EPOCH IPS supports satellites from every major satellite manufacturer.
• Increased adoption of Integral Systems' industry-leading satellite interference monitoring, detection and geolocation systems by commercial satellite operators and broadcasters.
• Multiple U.S. and international contract awards in the civil government sector to support and upgrade critical satellite ground system infrastructure.
• The continuation of multiple commercial support contracts, demonstrating Integral Systems' commitment to long-term support of its customers and fielded systems.
