CardioNet, Inc. Sets Price for Initial Public Offering

CardioNet, Inc. announced today the initial public offering of
4,500,000 shares of common stock at a price of $18.00 per share.
3,000,000 shares are being offered by CardioNet and 1,500,000
shares are being offered by Guidant Investment Corporation. In
addition, Guidant Investment Corporation has granted to the
underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional
675,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
CardioNet common stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ
Global Market under the trading symbol BEAT on Wednesday, March 19,
2008. The offering is being made through an underwriting syndicate
led by Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., acting as sole book-running
manager. Lehman Brothers Inc. is acting as joint lead manager and
Leerink Swann LLC and Thomas Weisel Partners LLC are acting as
