Other Events.
On July 8, 2010, John J. Kuntz, the Chairman,
President and CEO of First Franklin Corporation (the “Company”), sent a letter to Lenox Wealth
Management, Inc. (“Lenox”) regarding Lenox’s prior, publicly-announced offer to acquire the
outstanding shares of the Company. The full text of the letter is attached as Exhibit 99 hereto.
