Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

The Board of Directors of FAT Brands Inc. (the “Company”) is deeply saddened to report that Kenneth Kepp, a Director of the Company, passed away unexpectedly on June 13, 2023. The Board of Directors would like to express their deepest condolences to Ken’s family and friends during this difficult time.
