Exela Announces Appointment of Jeffrey Gershowitz as General Counsel

Exela Technologies, Inc. (“Exela” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: XELA),
a location-agnostic global business process automation (“BPA”)
leader across numerous industries, today announced that Jeffrey
Gershowitz has been named General Counsel of the Company. Jeff will
be responsible for guiding Exela’s public company governance and
reporting and will help implement the Company’s corporate strategy
and compliance across the globe.

Prior to joining Exela, Jeff served as Deputy General Counsel
for Edgewell Personal Care Company, a NYSE-listed consumer products
company, where he was responsible for a variety of corporate legal
matters. During this time, he helped oversee a separation from
Energizer Holdings, Inc. in a transaction that resulted in the
launch of Edgewell as a standalone public company. Prior to
Edgewell, Jeff held multiple senior legal roles with Terex
Corporation, another NYSE-listed company.
Jeff is a graduate of Harvard Law School and has
a B.A. in Economics and History from Case Western Reserve
University.
